Login to Plesk control panel by pointing your browser to the address:

(replace "yourdomainname" with the address of your domain, note the https and the port number 8443)
If you see the missing certificate warning accept it:

I can receive emails but I cannot send with "domain is not local" "551 This mail server requires authentication before sending mail from a locally hosted domain" error
As the error message clearly states: This mail server requires authentication before sending mail from a locally hosted domain. Please reconfigure your mail client to authenticate before sending mail
The email client in use probably needs to set the outgoing server to use 'secure password authentication' (in Outlook, it's in the More Settings button, in Thunderbird, it's in the 'Edit' button).
This can happen for a couple of reasons, first is that the Mail server requires a user name and password to send just as to receive but by default Outlook does not use the same info as pop and it needs to be set Manually. please use solution #1 below.
The Second reason could be that your ISP (Internet Service Provider, the company who provide you with Internet access at your location) does not allow its customers to send using their private SMTP server and require you to use their own, in this case use solution #2 or #3 below.
Please try ONLY one of the following:
- 1. Locate your "Outgoing Server" settings:
In Outlook Click on Tools > Email Accounts > Change/Edit > More Settings > Outgoing Server
- Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
- 2. Contact your ISP and request port 25 to be opened
- 3. Change SMTP address to your ISP's, example smtp.att.net, outgoing.verizon.net
if you are using Mac OSX
Launch OS X mail then do the following.
- From the Mail menu, select (click) Preferences
- In the "Accounts" dialog box, select the e-mail account to be SMTP-authenticated and then click the Edit button.
- In the new Accounts dialog box:
- Select the "Account Information" tab.
- Under "Outgoing Mail Server:" click the Options button.
- In the SMTP Server Options dialog box:
- For "Method of Authentication" choose Password
- In the "User Name" text box, enter your campus account ID.
- In the "Password" text box, enter the password for your email account.
- Click the OK button to close the "SMTP Server Options" dialog box.
- Click the OK button to close the "Accounts" dialog box.
- Click the Close button.
What is my incoming (POP) and outgoing (SMTP) server address?

What is "spoof site", "phishing" ?
"Spoof sites" are web sites created by criminals to trick you into giving them your information. The sites are designed to copy the exact look and feel of the "real" site, in this case PayPal.com, but in fact, any information you enter will be going to criminals, not PayPal. These sites can be as simple as just copying the PayPal site via a "view, source" or built using advanced scripts so that for all intents and purposes, it looks and acts like the real PayPal site. After a thief builds such a site, they will usually email you (spam) saying things like "Your account is limited," or "We require additional information," or "Due to a security breach, we need to verify your information." This is known as "phishing." (Pronounced "fishing." To project yourself against "phishing" see our Spyware Solutions page.)

I get a lot of spam emails
Spam is a global problem and some of the actions below can help filter some spam mail and avoid email harvesting by spammers
Actions which can help reduce fight spam include:
- Enable spam filter on the domain name level. Login to your hosting control panel and enable spam filter for affected mailboxes. options include to mark suspicious emails with (spam) note or delete.
- Ignore all spam and spend less time as possible in dealing with spam emails. avoid unsubscribe attempts since this will probably only confirm your address to the spammers and waste your time even more.
- Enable junk mail filter in outlook to high and check Junk Mail folder to classify your trusted contacts as "not junk"
- Rename your mailbox and keep it private
